About Art2Fund
Long before online galleries, personalized keepsakes and digital classrooms existed, we were already helping schools celebrate children's creativity.
In fact, we still have some of the very first student drawings we ever transformed back in 1999 - carefully preserved reminders of where our journey began.
More than 25 years later, our mission remains exactly the same: to help children experience the pride, joy and confidence that come from creating something uniquely their own.
Today, thousands of schools participate in our programs every year, creating lasting memories for students, families and school communities.

Our Story
It All Started with a Drawing
1999
Art2Fund began with a simple idea: children's artwork deserves to be celebrated.
In our earliest projects, schools selected their favorite student artworks and transformed them into greeting cards and holiday cards for family and friends.
Some of those very first drawings from 1999 still exist today—a reminder that creativity has always been at the heart of what we do.

Every Child Becomes an Artist
2004
We introduced personalized greeting cards featuring the artwork of every participating child.
For the first time, every student could see their own artwork professionally printed—with their name proudly displayed as the artist.

Beyond Greeting Cards
2012
Art2Fund expanded from greeting cards to a wide range of personalized keepsakes and launched personal online galleries for students.
Families could now discover their child's artwork online and order mugs, notebooks, placemats and many other products featuring their favorite young artist.

Introducing Art Weeks
2016
Inspired by feedback from schools, Art2Fund launched its own educational art program.
Students began discovering the lives and work of artists such as Van Gogh, Mondrian, Picasso and Keith Haring, while creating artwork of their own.
Every participating child received a personal online museum to showcase their artwork—complete with their very own museum shop.

Growing the World of Art Weeks
2018
Art Weeks continued to expand with additional artists including Kandinsky, Warhol, Miró and Matisse.
Hundreds of thousands of student artworks were now being celebrated every year through online museums, personalized keepsakes and school-wide exhibitions.

A Broader View of Art
2025
Art Weeks expanded to include artists from different cultures, backgrounds and artistic traditions.
By adding artists such as Alma Thomas, Yayoi Kusama, Georgia O'Keeffe, Frida Kahlo and Salvador Dalí, alongside artists like Paul Klee, Karel Appel, Roy Lichtenstein and others, students now discover a richer and more diverse world of art.
Today, Art Weeks features 16 carefully selected artists, ensuring that every child can find inspiration in a different way.
